1st solo trip booked! Germany.
Our take
I’m beyond excited to share that I’ve booked my very first solo trip to Germany! I’ve never traveled alone before, but I decided to embrace the adventure and see where this journey takes me. I’ll be flying into Hamburg, then hopping on trains to Leipzig, Dresden, and spending most of my time in vibrant Berlin. With a budget of $3,000 for 13 days of exploration (excluding lodging and airfare), I can't wait to dive into the incredible architecture and the underground music scene. Let’s go!
I have never solo traveled before and am pretty hyped about it. I just said fuck it and let’s see where this goes. I am flying into Hamburg, then taking the train to Leipzig, then Dresden then spending the majority of the time in Berlin. I will be gone for 13 days. I have a budget of 3k. That does not include lodging or airfare but will include train fare. From what I’ve been researching getting around is fairly easy. I chose Germany because of how vibrant it looks and the architecture looks incredible. Also down to explore the underground music scene in Berlin and other creative / raw / gritty places.
