Any other airports in the world that you can walk to directly?
Our take
Have you ever experienced the thrill of stepping out of an airport and directly walking to your destination? While visiting Pisa, Italy, I was amazed to find my hostel just a 12-minute stroll from the airport. This unique accessibility got me thinking: are there other airports around the world where you can walk straight into the city center? I’m curious to discover more airports that offer this incredible convenience, where a sidewalk leads you directly from the terminal to the heart of the city!
When I visited Pisa, Italy, I was amazed that I could walk right out of the airport right on to the road where my hostel was, ~12 minutes away by walking. I'd never experienced this before!
Are there are other airports in the world where this is also possible? I'm talking about a road with a sidewalk to the airport, as theoretically any airport could be "walked to" if you walked on a highway.
Edit: Maybe I should have specified, being able to walk there directly from the city center.
