Anyone have experience getting a refund after a tour was canceled or changed?

Our take

Has anyone successfully navigated the refund process after a tour cancellation or change, particularly with Ultimate Break? I booked their Egypt & Jordan trip, which has been canceled and rebooked several times due to regional issues. Now, they’re indicating that the September trip may not run either, offering only a partial refund or credit. This situation has been stressful, especially since I've incurred additional costs for flights and hotels.

Has anyone dealt with refunds from Ultimate Break after a trip got canceled or changed multiple times?

I booked their Egypt & Jordan trip and it’s been canceled/rebooked a few times because of the situation in the region. I rebooked once when they said it was the only option, but now they’re saying the September trip may not run either and they’re only offering a partial refund or credit instead of a full refund.

I’ve also already lost money on separate flights/hotels I booked around the trip, so this has gotten pretty stressful. I just filed with the Attorney General yesterday.

Just looking for advice or anyone’s experience with how these situations usually end up especially if anyone has actually gotten a full refund or pushed back successfully.
