Hi, I'm in Canada and I'm looking to do a road trip to America this summer.

I'd like to go somewhere that is about a 10 hour drive from Toronto at most. I'm wondering what the best option would be Chicago, Philadelphia or Pittsburgh. I like cities and national/state parks as well as hiking. I've never been to America before and I'm wondering what city or area would be the most "exotic". I don't mind off beat or less famous places if they are interesting.

Could an American let me know if they would consider these places actually worth visiting or are they big cities for more practical reasons and wouldn't be that interesting for a visitor?

Edit: No politics please, also I'm a bit of a blue jays fan so if you are pushing your city whats the atmosphere like for away fans 😬
