best way to book multi-city europe trip?

Hey everyone! I’m excited to plan a trip to London and Copenhagen but feeling a bit overwhelmed. I want to spend a week in London visiting family and then fly to Copenhagen for three days of adventure. I’ve heard about using Google Flights for multi-city bookings, but I'm unsure if that’s the best option. Also, should I consider booking a flight with Ryanair for the trip to Copenhagen? My mom used to handle our travels, and I really want to get this right.

my mom used to plan our family trips, but unfortunately she passed away, and now i’m left to do it. i’m honestly pretty nervous and afraid of messing something up so would appreciate any help lol
