The app is unexpectedly requesting visa information for both me, an American, and my EU girlfriend, even though we’re only transferring for about three hours. The China Airlines app is forcing me to submit visa information to check-in, but I shouldn’t need a visa for a transfer that lasts only ~3 hours
Does anyone have any experience with this? Totally lost on what to do.
I’m an American, my girlfriend is EU if that helps. It’s asking for a visa from us both
