Do not order Nobl travel suit cases

If you're considering ordering luggage from Nobl for your next adventure, think twice! The website is frustratingly difficult to navigate on mobile, and reaching customer service feels nearly impossible. Despite the promise of 3-5 business days for shipping, it’s been two weeks with no sign of my order. I had to log in just to find my order details, and the tracking feature is useless. Plus, the so-called discounts are misleading. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your travel needs!

If you’re looking to buy some luggage for a trip and need it quick do not order from Nobl. The website is awful to use on phone and is impossible to figure out how to contact customer service. The 3-5 business days for shipping posted at the bottom is complete BS. It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my order. They didn’t send me an order number I had to login with my email to find my order and the tracking does not work. The tracking only shows my location where Im currently at. I can’t even find out where to write a review since the only thing you can click on in their website is the products (still no reviews on them either). And that % off with the countdown timer resets everyday so you’re not actually getting a deal they just over price the heck out of them and say they’re marked down.
