Hey, adventurers! I’m reaching out for some guidance on my upcoming trip to East Java. I've booked four nights in Malang from May 30 to June 3, hoping to explore Mount Bromo. However, I just discovered that Bromo is closed from May 30 to June 2, which was a huge oversight on my part! I'm looking to visit on June 3 before heading to the airport for my flight to Lombok at 2 PM.
Hi! I have booked 4 nights in Malang to visit Mount Bromo (30 May - 3 June) as well as a flight out to Lombok at 2pm on the 3 June. Also, a non refundable hotel.
I have seen that Bromo is closed 30 - 2 June, huge error on my part.
I believe it will be possible to visit on the 3 June and then get dropped straight to the airport. I have spoken to one tour operator who said they would have to cut the crater part of the tour if we wanted to do the tour on the 3 June.
Can anyone recommend any private or shared tour companies/operators who could potentially help us with this and a drop at the airport for around midday?
