Hey adventurous travelers! 🌍 I’m set to head to Mexico in early May, but I just found out I have gallstones and sludge in my gallbladder after a painful episode that felt like giving birth. 😱 I didn’t buy travel insurance since I have it through my work benefits. I have a doctor’s appointment soon to discuss my results, and I’m unsure if I’ll get the green light to travel.
Supposed to leave in early may to go to Mexico for a week. Just found out I have gallstones and sludge in my gallbladder. I didn’t purchase travel insurance because I have it through my benefits with work. I have an appointment on Thursday to discuss these results with my family doctor. Recently had a painful attack that led to the discovery. 15 minute episode felt like I was giving birth. I’m not sure if she will suggest not travelling. If she does give me the go head , does. Anyone have experience getting travel insurance ?
