Hey everyone! Exciting news—my girlfriend and I just booked a 10-day adventure in beautiful Mauritius this August! It’s our first time, and we’re thrilled! We secured our flights and a hotel on the west side, which offers free cancellation. However, we've heard that the eastern side is better during certain times of the year. We’d love any tips you might have, especially about renting a car since I recently learned they drive on the left.
Hi everyone, my girlfriend and I booked a 10-day vacation in Mauritius in August. It's our first time there. We booked flights and hotels for now, and the hotel offers free cancellation. The hotel was booked on the west side of the island, but we read that during certain times of the year, it's better to stay in an eastern location.
Do you have any advice that might help me, including booking a car, which I discovered has a right-hand drive.
