Mother Daughter trip recommendations
Our take
Planning a mother-daughter trip can be a refreshing way to bond and create new memories, especially during a time of transition. For your upcoming adventure in late May, consider exploring Portugal's vibrant cities like Lisbon, Sintra, and Porto, which offer excellent public transportation, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. With their rich history and stunning landscapes, these destinations are easy to navigate and filled with opportunities for exploration.
Recovering from a recent divorce. Want to travel somewhere with my teen. Which places would you recommend for May last week? Good public transportation, good food, safety, easy to navigate with no/low language barriers would be our criteria. We have about 8 days. Thinking of Portugal - Lisbon, Sintra, Porto or Toronto. We are well-travelled; been to most national parks and us cities, all of west coast, most of Canada except Quebec City, Montreal, Toront, most of West/South Europe except Portugal, Central europe, Japan, Carribeans etc.
