Hi, I have a return flight coming up with RAM Toronto-Lisbon. I just discovered RAM advertises very generous layover benefits even for economy pax. Only thing is I am having trouble finding much information on how to actually use the benefits.

On the way to Lisbon I have a 6 hour stop in Casablanca apparently that gets me a meal voucher. not a big deal if I dont get that.

On the way back I have a 22 hour layover which apparently gets me multiple meal vouchers plus free shuttle and airport hotel stay. I absolutely want to take advantage of this and make a quick daytrip into Casablanca.

Does anyone have experience using the free stopover benefits from RAM and know how I can book the hotel? Appreciate any insight.
