| Some pictures of what I saw in San Juan and the mountains of Luquillo, PR. What a beautiful island!! visited old san juan, went out in la placita and stayed in condado. we saw so many turtles just walking on the bridge. we also got to see the bioluminescent bay (pictures are tough to do unfortunately) nearby also is el yunque, the only rain forest in the US. we made a stop at Luquillo beach afterwards. it was gorgeous and we had some amazing bbq and arroz gandules at sunny’s pinchos right on the beach. delicious pina colada right next to them also. for more food: santaella and mar y rosa were also good. the rabbit and rice at cocina al fondo and alcapurrias quema also deserve a mention.
