Trips to take pre-kids?

Our take

Are you and your husband ready to embark on an unforgettable adventure before the kids come along? This summer, from July to September, is the perfect time to explore destinations that may be challenging with little ones in tow. While hut-to-hut hiking in Switzerland sounds exciting, you might be seeking a vibrant food scene to complement your outdoor experiences. Having already enjoyed the Dolomites, consider other amazing spots that blend culinary delights with breathtaking landscapes. Let’s dive into some exhilarating recommendations for your next getaway!

Husband and I are looking to do a trip this summer (July-September timeframe) for 7-10 days. We want to do something that would be difficult with kids, and are saving easier trips for when we have kids soon. One idea is Switzerland hut to hut hiking, however, we are both foodies and I’ve heard the food scene is a bit lacking. We’ve done a Dolomites hut to hut hiking trip before and really loved it, and we have a Japan trip planned for next year. Looking for recos on other places we should consider!
