Hi,
Looking for contact info of the Vietnam visa services. I applied for a visa over a month ago and keep getting the same response “need more info” without any additional context. Tried calling in Vietnam no one picks the phone. Called the embassy in London redirects to the website. Sent an enquiry using the form on the website, heard nothing.
I am growing helpless not knowing how to proceed. My trip is barely in 4 weeks now.
Anyone has a similar experience? Anyone got an idea how I could finally reach someone?
Note: I applied for a Thai visa and got that in just a couple of days. No hustle.
