Potassium chloride intake with what other thing to not deplete electrolytes?

So I recently started Keto just because I got tired of my fatty face, even though im bellow 10% bodyfat for sure. I saw some video of some guy taking potassium chloride to debloat their face and it really does work (seeming from the posts of other users).

I drink 2.5L of water minimum a day, eat really good and only natural stuff, never frozen, gonna start working out next week because im getting my sports card from my company (was going to gym years ago before I developed IBS and Gastritis). I tend to stay away from salt and use as little as possible. I've looked at every kind of food I eat to diagnose which one would make me retain fluid or fat - didnt find a culprit.

One thing I dont like at all is that I have monstrous methabolism that hasnt gotten better over the years. Ever since I was little I ate a lot, and I mean A LOT. Just to stay at my current weight without excercise, with abs showing - 3200 calories a day minimum. This has been my minimum intake even before starting Keto.

I really dont know what to blame the excess fattiness in my face for. I dont think there's any other option except potassium chloride or that ultrasonic thingy that melts your fat. I dont have the money for Aqualyx so I better find the cheapest way possible :/
