Hotel vouchers

Hello, im going on a first long haul trip which i booked with AA going from Zagreb to Philadelphia via an layover at Milano Malpensa but the flight from Zagreb to Milano was cancelled. So AA rebooked me on a trip going from Zagreb to Zurich where i will have an overnight layover, i contacted AA and they said they can't provide me with a hotel voucher via email or an app and that i should contact their agent at Zurich airport but at the time I arrive in Zurich the AA desk will be closed so i won't have an agent to contact so what am I to do now?
