What travel company would you recommend? Intrepid or E F Ultimate Break?

Hello, I haven't traveled too much and would love to travel more but feel overwhelmed and have some anxiety about planning things. I was thinking about using a travel service to take care of everything for me so I can show up and have a great time / meet some amazing people.

Few things about me:

- I love food and would enjoy great planned meals

- I'm pretty active and would love to see the outdoors at destinations. Hiking, Biking, Exploring

- In my 30s, I saw that that both companies have 18-35s travel but I'm not sure about accommodations it seems less lux for those trips but I also don't want to be in a group of a lot older people. Love older people just hoping to make some travel buddies.

- Thinking about Japan and Sicily as my next trips.

Anyone have experiences with these companies? Would you recommend them or a different company completely?
