Eyelashes Accidentally Cut

Would you pluck a few random lashes to speed up the regrowth process(definitely wont pluck them all) or would plucking cause them to grow back slower, just let them shed naturally?

I only just noticed this today and I don’t know how long it’s been like this. I can only assume this happened from my eyelash curler.
