Is it okay to use sheet masks if you have a lot of acne on your face?

This may be a dumb question, but I've never used sheet masks before and I noticed on the packaging it says not to use on blemishes or pimples. I have quite a bit of acne and I'm kind of confused as to whether it's a problem or not. I could be overthinking it lol. Figured I should try asking on here
