Is my Rooster infertile or just too young?

This is a video of my Rooster Cluck Norris taken today, I was just wondering if he is maybe too young to fertilize eggs or if he is just infertile. At this point he is about 9ish months old and he is very much mounting hens. And clearly, I dont think he's a hen himself. He also makes a happy grunt sound when I believe he gets a successful mate and I thought that was him fertilizing but apparently not. I thought I have seen some bullseyes in the egg yolk but my parents swear its not a bullseye. Please give me your opinions.
