Cooking in hotel

Hello everyone!

So I changed jobs recently and I'll be travelling a bit to India for work (about 1 month each time, back to Italy for a couple of months, then 1 month again in India). Now regrettably I have health issues with spicy food and I have to keep my triglycerides in check (health reasons). Out of the three times I've been in India I was okay with food only once, the other times I basically was stuck eating plain curd, plain steamed rice, boiled eggs and idli, everything else caused me extreme acid reflux. So when I get back home this time I want to prepare myself.

Do you have any suggestions for how to cook in a hotel room? I can bring some stuff from home (about 5-6 kilos total), at least to eat in hotel once every 3-4 days.

Do you guys have any suggestions for a kettle or something? Thank you in advance!
