Help finding right formula for sales/bonus totaling

Hello, starting a new sales job.

For every 10,000 in sales I bring in I will receive a $500 bonus at the end of the month, rolling over into the next month.

I am trying to find a formula that will check my running total for the column and tell me how many 10,000s I can divide by evenly as well as having a remainder to copy over(they can/will be separate cells)

Example: I finish April with 28,000 total, I want it to tell me I have 2 bonuses for the month as well as something that will output 8,000 that I can carry over into May
