What are some really good resources for a beginner to refer to when doing small projects on Marine Biology?
So… I know you guys get this statement a LOT in this subreddit, but I’m a 14 year old, aspiring to be a marine biologist and I want some help.
But… I wanted to take this one step further. What if I do small projects that help me get an insight into this stream of work? And potential future aid in research, if necessary? Examples include: “Coral Reefs and Everything About Them”, “Sting-tastic Jellyfish” and “Sharks: Dangerous or Docile?”
(P.S. Please excuse my terrible pun)
That’s why I want YOU guys’ help on what resources I should refer to for this, and most importantly, where I should start. Additional stuff that I can immerse myself in and which will help me in the long run is greatly appreciated.
Also, right now, I only have a few NatGeo marine life videos and the “Deep Water: Life in the Ocean” book by James Bradley(it’s a decent book, if anyone‘s wondering) as reference material.
Peace out ✌️
