photographers, how do you send proposals/decks to clients?

a friend of mine is into wedding photography and he customizes every proposal/deck on gamma for each client but it feels super time-consuming. like:

1/ do you guys edit decks every single time?

2/ or have a base template and tweak it?

3/ or just send portfolios + pricing and keep it simple?

also curious if anyone has moved away from PDFs to links (like interactive decks).

what’s actually working for you in terms of getting clients to convert?
