We did it! Sky adopted her babies!
 | Sky, our Golden Phoenix hen, had been broody for well over a week, and I decided to head over to Tractor Supply and see if we could get her to adopt some chicks. We replaced her eggs with the chicks 3 days ago, and she took them right away! She seems so happy, as am I. Not having to go through the brooder, introductions, and the entire pain-in-the-ass processes is a game-changer. [link] [comments] |
