Don't sleep on your Booking.com refunds: reach out to unlock them

Two flight refunds had already landed at Booking.com weeks ago, and nothing happened until I reached out to their support. They confirmed they had the money, then finally started processing. First I heard 3-5 business days, then 15-20. That's a wild shift. If you're waiting on a Booking.com flight refund, don't sleep on it, contact them directly. Anyone else hit this wall?
