Best/favourite places to travel with a family in January?
Our take
Are you ready for an epic family adventure this January? If you’re seeking fresh destinations outside of Australia, there’s a world of excitement waiting for you! With two adventurous kids aged 7 and 9, you’ll want a mix of cultural experiences and fun activities to keep everyone engaged. From the vibrant markets of Japan to the stunning landscapes of Iceland, or the beautiful beaches of the Philippines, the possibilities are endless. Let’s dive into the best family-friendly travel spots that will make your January unforgettable!
We’re a family of 4 (2 kids aged 7 and 9) looking to travel to somewhere (or possibly multiple destinations) for around 4 weeks in January.
We’re from Australia and would prefer somewhere outside of Australia. We’ve also been to Thailand, Bali and New Zealand a few times and Vietnam once so would prefer somewhere new. Our kids are at an age now where they fly well, are happy to try different foods and are happy to do a mix of activities (cultural sites, walks, etc. mixed in with more typical kid friendly activities).
We’re open to warm or cold destinations.
Any recommendations?
