Went to Fairbanks, Alaska
Our take
I embarked on an epic adventure to Fairbanks, Alaska, where I chased the mesmerizing northern lights! Despite the frigid temperatures dipping into the negatives, the experience was absolutely worth it. My four-night stay from March 19 to March 22 was magical, as I was fortunate enough to witness the auroras each night, even from my cozy Airbnb and during my flight home! I also enjoyed the thrilling world ice championship and relaxed at the rejuvenating Chena hot springs. What an unforgettable journey!

| Chased the northern lights in Fairbanks Alaska! Temperature was in the negatives (Fahrenheit) when we looked for the lights but it was worth it! Stayed for 4 nights (3/19 -3/22) and got lucky we saw the lights every night, even from our Airbnb and the plane ride home! First picture is from a tour. Also had the chance to go to the world ice championship (1st place pictured) and to the Chena hot springs. [link] [comments] |
