Where would you travel to for 3 weeks in October as a 21yo? I am considering New Zealand, South Korea+Taiwan, Morocco, or China (with Mongolia maybe)

Hey all,
I am 21M, solo traveling, from Canada, looking to book a 3 week trip in October. I am wondering where y'all would suggest?! This upcoming college year I am doing part-time studies and I plan to take just two online classes, so I can travel in the fall! Unfortunately, with work, I can only really travel in October (not November). I will be returning to full-time studies next fall, so I guess I am just trying to make the best fall travel choice as I won't be able to do an extended trip in the fall for a few years after this! Maybe it's just FOMO.
I am currently considering: New Zealand, South Korea+Taiwan, Morocco (two weeks), Turkey, China, or Portugal. Maybe Australia if I can find a cheapish flight.
I have been to: Japan, Italy, Mexico (Puerto Vallarta, Cancun), Czechia, Austria, Slovenia, Hungary (Budapest), France (Paris) | Future: Romania, Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia & Herb.
For me, I love nature/landscapes and outdoorsy things. I love different cultures, unique experiences, picturesque places (I love travel photography), art galleries/museums, architecture, and just cool things idk lol. I don't mind spending some time in the big cities to see what they have to offer, but since I backpack when I travel I don't really shop or anything. I'm not a huge partier either (I don't mind it, but it's not an important thing for me). I have a trip to the Balkans this May with a real outdoorsy emphasis. I'd like to keep this trip around $5000 CAD preferably.
I am planning to do a month backpacking trip in either Feb/Mar to SEA as well. Out of my trips, Japan and Scotland by far have been my favourite. The nature and culture was so amazing. I think about Japan all the time. Slovenia and Austria were really good too.
My top contenders are New Zealand, South Korea+Taiwan, or Morocco. China is an interesting option. I was considering New Zealand because everyone RAVES about it, and it does look gorgeous, and I have the time. I'd rent a camper van and go around. South Korea+Taiwan interests me mainly as I know it will be prime fall foliage. I've heard amazing things about Taiwan as well. I'm not insane about South Korea, I definitely want to go but it's not a number one stop for me. The temples do look so cool though, and the fall colours will be gorgeous. Morocco has been on my list and definitely is a more "unique" option (different at least), and it looks really neat, but I think I've read it's a bit pricey? For China, I was honestly considering making this a really adventurous trip and maybe going to Mongolia or Tibet and Bhutan. I honestly don't really want to do a trip to Europe this fall, I have been going to Europe a lot and want to branch out. I know October is a great time to travel to Europe, but I've just gone a lot lately. I did list Portugal as an option as I would like to go to The Azores and Madeira. Turkey would obviously be great, and it's different, but I wouldn't say I'm necessarily in a rush to go.
I want to travel the whole world so honestly, I have no "I NEED to go here first" I'm mainly just considering what would be coolest/best to do at a young age and during October, the one year I can travel in the fall for awhile. For example, I'd love to go to Greece but I'm also not in a rush to go cause I feel like I can always go there, and it might be better when im not so "budget." Anywho, any insight is appreciated!

We'd like to go somewhere a little less traveled with some wonderful geography / nature. I've come up with a short list of some ideas, but I'd like to get everyone's input on which location would be the best. My ideas are: Turkey & Georgia: thinking see some stuff in central/east Turkey, then go hiking in Georgia Nepal / Bhutan: Either one or the other or both. See some cool culture and hiking. Japan / Korea: One of the other or both. See some cool geography with beautiful fall colors. Chile & Bolivia: Northern Chile (Atacama desert) and then some hiking and the salt flats in Bolivia. Madagascar My one friend pretty quickly chose Madagascar, and while it was on my list, after doing some brief research, it kind of seems like there's not much there. I know there's some amazing wildlife, but in terms of geography, there's some nice beaches and then one road with the iconic trees. However, nothing really struck me as really insane geography. While I love the idea of going to a country that not many people go to, I just don't know what to do for 2 weeks there. Anyways, I'd really loves everyone's input. - First solo trip 1 month April-May. Where to go?Hey everyone - I have 1 month free and would like to use it to see some new places solo for the first time. For context, I am a 26 year old male from the UK. I enjoy a good mix of retreats in nature and the nightlife of a city. I’m also gay and a vegetarian lol. I have previously been to Spain, Greece, Netherlands and India, all trips have been 1-2 weeks. The only time I have been away solo was last summer when I went to Madrid (love the heat, but was a little much even for me). I chose Madrid because I wanted to experience its huge pride event. I have an interest in experiencing big events in other countries, eg. Holi in India, Halloween in Salem, St Patrick’s Day in Ireland - so if there are any notable events coming up in April/May that may sway my destination choice. Places I’ve considered are: SEA Asia, Southern Africa, Balkans, Central America, east coast USA. Depending on where I go, I may start off with a 1 week tour, eg. Southern Africa or Central America, as I feel in those places it may help ease me into things. Whereas I think I’d be OK in the USA or Balkans. Volunteering a little interests me too. Hostels are my preferred type of accommodation for meeting people, but I think living with locals and immersing myself in day-to-day life would be really insightful. This trip would be.. literally within 2 weeks from now. Very last minute! Because of that I recognise flights are quite expensive (and with all that’s going on in the world right now). I’m a fairly low budget traveller, so this very well plays into my decision. So that’s it really! I’d love to hear any recommendations or general thoughts from anybody. - ~6 Month Europe & Asia TripHey y’all! Not exactly sure where to post this, but my husband and I are planning a trip for the year 2029 and are starting to build our itinerary. Our locations will be (this is a rough draft, so we’re open to changing them): -Spain (2 weeks - Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga) -Switzerland (1 week - Lauterbrunnen) -Italy (2 weeks - Rome, Florence, Bologna, Venice) -Bosnia & Herzegovina (10 days - Sarajevo, Mostar) -Montenegro (1 week - Kotor) -Albania (10 days - Sarandë, Tirana) -Greece (2 weeks - Athens, Naxos, Crete) -Japan (2 weeks - Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka) -Philippines (10 days - Manila, Palawan) -Vietnam (1 month - North) -Thailand (1 month - Chiang Mai/Islands) -Indonesia (If leftover money/time, Lombok) We’ve already been to Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia (Bali), but are going to knock out a ton of places on our bucket list. We love everything: good food, good architecture, swimming/hiking/adventuring, etc. We don’t really party or drink much, and like to relax and go with the flow a majority of the time. We’re budget/mid travelers, so we’re still crunching the numbers to see what our cost would be, excluding flights (eurail pass? airbnb’s? boats? cooking/restaurants?). It’s totally a toss of a coin, so we’re kind of just looking at other people’s averages right now to get an idea. We’re thinking between $30-50k USD. - I’m moving abroad to live and would like to stop somewhere along the way. I’m looking to experience something new that will challenge my perspectivesHello everyone! At the end of the year I’m moving to Japan and I would like to make a stop somewhere along the way (Spain > Japan). I have never experienced real culture shock and I would like to go somewhere that will show me something I’m unfamiliar with, surprise me in some way, challenge me or help me learn to appreciate something new. For some background, I grew up in New Zealand but have lived in Spain since I was young. Travel-wise, I’ve been to Japan several times, S.Korea twice, Thailand twice, Indonesia, India and Uzbekistan twice, as well as around Europe. I come from a travel family where both my parents travel for work, as do I, and my siblings have lived in Myanmar and Peru so I’m also familiar with those two areas. At the risk of sounding like a snob, I think I generally know the world quite well and have been lucky to be able to move around and meet all sorts of people, so I’m finding it difficult to land on a destination that might be truly challenging from a cultural perspective in Europe/Asia. I would like to visit Africa and Latin America but they aren’t really “along the way” in this case, and I think it’s better to leave those areas for the future when I can give them the time and energy they deserve. I’m looking more at Asia/Europe this time around. I briefly thought of Georgia / Azerbaiyan / Armenia but I think they’re quite familiar already. Or Egypt / Jordania / Oman, but I’m a young (30 y/o, if that counts as "young" :P ) woman travelling alone and might want to join a tour for those countries, which is out of my budget at this time. I'm thinking Western China might be a good option but I’m open to other ideas.
