Curious what people's thoughts are on the following roadtrip:
April 17th (Fri) - fly from Boston to Salt Lake City, pick up rental car, drive south
April 18th (Sat) - Bryce National Park, stay in area
April 19th (Sun) - Zion National Park, stay in area
April 20th (Mon) - Drive to south rim grand canyon, stopping at horeshoe bend, stay in area
April 21st (Tues) - Driving to Phoenix for flight home
Too much in this time period? I feel like I'll never get the chance to be out this way again, so I'd like to try to see all 3. While I know Vegas and St George are closer, the prices are about $300 more for Vegas and double for St George.

Any major gaps or must add regions I am missing? Cities(Boise, Portland, Vegas, Denver) worth visiting? I cross Death Valley on way to Zion but is it late now for DV camping? And Is sawtooth worth extra milage? I am honestly so scared about backpacking 5 days in wind river range due to bears. I don’t want to put myself in high risk since I am solo beginner. At the same time, i want to explore this amazing place. Should i skip it totally? I don’t think i can sleep at night out there camping. I am going with $6k budget. So I am going to cheap out lodging. Sleeping in car, camp and motels. The only camp reservation I have right now is Yosemite. Any advice on managing lodging, food, and budget allocation? - Arizona Trip: Sedona, Grand Canyon, ScottsdaleBoyfriend and I are traveling to Sedona. We like to walk a lot but are not really hikers (although would like to do that more) so I am not sure how well we will tolerate the hikes. This is very last minute so I don't have a lot of time to research and plan. - What are the must see views and hikes that everyone goes to and please let me know how doable is it for nonhikers. I don't want to go to Sedona and miss out but at the same time not sure the intensity of the hikes. - Is it very hot at the end of April? - How long is a hike time wise? And is it reasonable to do 1 hike take a long break and do another hike? Or should we be doing only 1 hike a day? - If we do 1 hike a day, any recommendations what to do the rest of the day before dinner? I am into spiritual woo woo stuff so if there are any recommendations for that. Would also go for a massage, meditation, etc. And would also explore any town area? - What is there to do in Scottsdale.. during the day and going out at night? Or should we just do all 4 days in Sedona? We are thinking of the following itinerary. Please help me fill it in. For hikes- I am looking at Devil's Bridge, Cathedral Rock, Oak Creek Canyon.. please let me know if there is something you would recommend instead that is must see. Should I try to fit in antelope canyon? - Glacier Natl Park or YellowstoneWe will be in SLC in late June for a few days and thinking of adding on a few days at GNP or Grand Teton/ Yellowstone. For this, fast pace/highlights only is fine and playing things by ear. We will fly from SLC to either and rent a vehicle. It's just a little extra thing to add on and only for 2-3 days. What's your recommendation? A: Fly to JAC in the morning and paddleboard on String Lake --> come into Yellowstone through south entrance --> Old Faithful and Grand Prismatic Stay in West Yellowstone Next day Hayden Valley --> Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone --> leave through North Entrance, stay in Bozeman BZN to home B: Just fly to GNP and drive Going-to-the-Sun-Road. Make it a two day thing. With Yellowstone the one-way rental car from JAC to BZN is a killer. GTTSR looks dramatic and incredible.
